Absolutely! While our website features thousands of products, not every item in our inventory is listed online. We also have access to many additional products through our suppliers and can quickly source special-order items. Yes – all of our products are brand new and come in original manufacturer packaging.

Ordering & Accounts

Yes! Fill out our simple credit application and email it to us along with your purchase order. Account setup usually takes 24–48 hours, and we’ll keep you informed throughout the process.

Once your order ships, just reach out to our team via sales@cabeinc.ca or 1-833-466-2700. We’ll provide your tracking information and keep you updated.

Returns & Warranty

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for credit (minus restocking fee up to 30%). For more information on our return policy please visit return our policy page.

Approved refunds (minus applicable restocking and shipping fees) will be issued as a credit on the account, as long as the items are postmarked within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item. Items lost or damaged during return transit are not eligible for refund.

If a product is defective and returned in its original box, and we have a replacement in stock, we’ll ship a replacement right away. Please provide a manufacturer-spec test report with the return. CABEINC will conduct its own inspection upon receipt.

Unfortunately, items damaged due to misuse or improper installation are not eligible for return or credit.

If there’s any sign of damage when your order arrives, you must note “possible damage” on the delivery receipt. Shippers will not honor claims without this notation, and CABEINC cannot process damage claims without it.

  • Local pickup is available at our warehouse in Barrie, Ontario. Please call to confirm stock and
    make pick up arrangements. Pickup hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. Confirmation email will be required upon pick up.
